Tracking Orders
Order Confirmation:

- For orders with multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers if items are shipped from or too different locations.
Tracking Your Package:

- Alternatively, you can enter your tracking number on the courier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) for detailed updates.
Delivery Notifications:
- Some carriers may send SMS or email updates when your package is out for delivery or has been delivered. Be sure to provide an accurate phone number and email address during checkout to enable this service.
Missing or Stalled Shipments:
- If you notice no updates on your tracking information for more than 3 business days or suspect your shipment may be lost, please contact us immediately.
- Our customer support team will work with the courier to locate your package and ensure you receive your items.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
We strive to deliver your products in perfect condition. However, if an issue arises:
- Damaged Items: Notify us within 14 days of receiving order with photos of the damaged package and items.
- Lost Shipments: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package, contact us immediately for assistance.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers but will do our best to provide you with any information we can.
Free Shipping Promotion
- Free standard shipping is available for orders over £75 within the UK
- Free shipping applies to regular-sized items and excludes tools or heavy equipment unless otherwise stated.
