Returns and refunds 

Process for Returns

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at sales@easycleansupplies.co.uk or 01226 899086 with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item(s).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend that customers return goods for refund or exchange using a trackable method, proof of posting cannot be accepted as proof of delivery.
  • Returning items unless faulty, damaged or incorrect order will be subjected to a charge of a 20% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
  • Any goods rejected by you must be rejected in 14 days from received delivery date, returned unopened and undamaged. 
  • Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. 
  • Easy Clean Supplies will credit you the cost of the goods minus any handling charges and any other costs incurred by Easy Clean Supplies. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged:

  • Opened or used cleaning chemicals.
  • Clearance or sale items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
  • To report an issue, provide the following information:
    • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
    • Your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Once the issue is verified, we will offer one of the following resolutions, at our discretion:
    • A replacement of the item(s).
    • A refund for the affected item(s).
    • A store credit equivalent to the value of the item(s).

  • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. While we may not be able to accept a return in every case, we strive to address your concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
